GandivAI is an AI-powered interview platform that enables companies to conduct expert-level interviews in any skill domain, even if they lack expertise in that technology. Our service includes: • AI-generated interview questions for any skill or technology • Automated candidate assessment and performance analysis • Comprehensive candidate profile creation and management • Interview recording and AI-powered evaluation • Candidate database for direct hiring based on assessment history We provide both free and paid features to accommodate different business needs.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using GandivAI, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Companies and individual job seekers are welcome to use our platform in accordance with these terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Your account may contain sensitive interview data and candidate profiles, so please ensure proper security measures.
You agree not to use the service to: (a) upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (d) spam or send unsolicited communications; (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (f) misuse AI-generated content for discriminatory purposes; (g) attempt to reverse engineer our AI algorithms.
You retain ownership of content you submit to GandivAI. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our service. Our AI-generated questions and assessments are proprietary to GandivAI. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your use complies with applicable employment laws.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using GandivAI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Given the sensitive nature of interview data, we implement robust security measures to protect all information.
Some features require payment. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy. Subscription fees are billed in advance and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Your interview data and candidate profiles may be retained for a period to maintain platform functionality, subject to our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content or user-generated content. While our AI strives for accuracy, final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the employer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GandivAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
